| Are you using the timing loop? If so, flip the pick up 180 and see what the readings are then. I prefer pulling coil pack #1 and use a test wire, always accurate and fairly simple. Also, make sure the car is warm and idling at ~750 when checking CAS timing, anything higher will throw off the readings, as the timing advances when the engine is revved up, and during cold start. 15 degrees in CAS timing should have your bolts lined up in the middle of the bolt holes, the CAS being adjusted all the way to the left is what's keeping your car running sluggish and backfiring.
